Juli's Tip of the week:

 Fall is upon us and so are the wonderful colors of burnt orange, sienna, eggplant and rustic red.  Now is the time to utilize what nature has blessed us with and pick-up some gourds, squashes, melons, leaves and berries to create some rustic, yet fantastically visually appealing centerpieces for your next special event.  Hollow out apples, pumpkins, gourds, etc. and fill with berries, candles and more! 

 

 Speaking of squash...pumpkin soup is a fantastic starter or entree.   Make sure you roast your cubed squash before blending it for an extra hearty flavor.

 

 

Favorite wine of the week: I'm still hooked on Zin's.  The spiciness and richness can be even bolder than a cab or merlot.
